 Local Sales Tax Credit |
| County will return the one (1) percent local sales tax for items purchased for the conduct of business within the Enterprise Zone for five years. |
| Businesses must qualify under state employment standards: |

| 1. New Businesses | |
| 40% of average full-time employees either meet low income standards for the County or be Zone residents. | |
| 2. Existing Virginia Businesses (Located in Zone when designated or relocating to the Zone.) | |
| Must increase full-time employment by at least 10%. 40% of the employment increase must meet the low income standards for the area or be Zone Residents |

| Waiver of Building Construction Associated Fees |
| Any fees above the minimum will be waived for businesses locating within the Zone. |
